A Sample from our consultancy services

1- OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001

Our consultancy is designed for persons who will manage or conduct internal audits of an organization’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) management system. Our consultancy prepares organizations to meet the internal audit requirements of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Delegates will learn how auditors interpret the requirements of the standards and how to plan, conduct and report on the results of an internal HSE management system audit. Our consultancy is based on ISO 19011:2002 “Guidelines for quality and environmental management systems auditing,” an international standard. Delegates will practice what they learn in simulated audits and receive sets of forms that can be immediately adapted for use in their own internal audit programmes.

Objectives

To provide delegates with the knowledge to:

  • Establish a programme of internal HSE management systems audits
  • Plan, conduct and report on the results of internal audits
  • Develop and implement the necessary documents and forms to manage an internal audit programme
  • Train and evaluate the performance of internal auditors
  • Review and improve the HSE management system audit programme

Laboratories can expect to be under continuing pressure to meet more exacting ‘good measurement practice’ requirements, as detailed in ISO/IEC 17025 and related laboratory accreditation standards. In order to meet these new requirements and and demonstrate that their measurements are fit for purpose, laboratories will need to upgrade their technical systems, particularly with regard to the following:

        The selection and validation of methods.

        Establishing the traceability of measurements and the selection and use of
      reference materials.
